Deposits & Pricing
To secure your appointment at Prism Permanent Cosmetics, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your dedicated appointment time and will be applied toward the total cost of your permanent makeup service.
Please note that appointments cannot be scheduled or held without a deposit. This policy ensures fairness, professionalism, and commitment for both your time and the artist’s schedule.
Before submitting your deposit, we kindly ask that you review our Procedure Compliance Form in full. This important form outlines health considerations, eligibility criteria, and pre- and post-treatment guidelines to ensure you are a suitable candidate for permanent makeup.
Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care in an Interior Health–approved studio, where every procedure is performed with sterile, single-use tools and premium pigments for safe, lasting results.
