Proper aftercare is crucial for achieving the best healed results. Please read carefully and follow all steps.
Begin blotting the tattooed area immediately with a dry paper towel to absorb any fluid (plasma).
Do not let plasma form a crust or scab β this is very important to prevent pigment loss.
Before bed, gently cleanse the area using lukewarm water and unscented soap.
Pat dry only β do not rub.
Do NOT apply lotion on Day 1. You may begin applying lotion on Day 3.
Wash the area gently twice daily: morning and before bed.
Use lukewarm water and a small amount of unscented, antibacterial soap (see recommendations below).
Pat dry β never rub or scrub the area.
Avoid getting the tattoo wet in the shower. Use a face cloth to clean around the area.
Keep the area clean and dry at all times.
Continue gentle washing as outlined above.
You may now apply a very thin layer of unscented lotion to the tattooed area as needed.
Do not over-moisturize β excess moisture can interfere with healing and pigment retention.

Soap: Dial Unscented Antibacterial Soap or Aveeno Sensitive Body Wash
πΏ Do NOT allow direct water pressure or soak your face for 2 weeks
π§ No hot tubs, saunas, or steamy environments for 2 weeks
π¦ No heavy sweating or exercise (gym, running, hot yoga) for 7 days
π No makeup on the treated area for 2 weeks
π¨ No tinting, bleaching, or dyeing the area for 1 month
π« No anti-acne, lightening, or anti-aging products on the treated area during healing
π§Ό Avoid ingredients like Retin-A, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, AHAs, lactic acid
π« Do NOT wax, thread, or use depilatory creams on the area while healing
Eyebrows, Eyeliner & Lips: Full healing in 8 weeks
Itβs completely normal to experience scabbing, fading, or color changes in the first few weeks. Do not panic β this is part of the healing process. Final results will emerge gradually once fully healed.
Always apply high-SPF sunscreen when exposed to sunlight
Avoid chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and glycolic acid near the tattoo
If receiving laser treatments, inform your technician β laser can affect pigment
Touch-ups or adjustments can be done at your follow-up appointment
Following these guidelines will determine 80% of your final results β your healed look is a team effort between you and your artist. Take care, be patient, and trust the process!

Total healing time for Eyebrows, Eyeliner and Lips is 8 weeks allow the FULL 8 weeks before seeing your final result.
It is going to scab over, and it might make you panic – But don’t worry! The ink is still there. You must allow your tattoo to heal the total healing time before seeing your beautiful new results!
Once completely healed, apply a strong sunscreen whenever you are exposed to direct sun. Exposure to sun WILL fade your tattoo.
Glycolic acid, microdermabrasion, and chemical face peel products must be kept away from the tattooed area.
If you are having laser resurfacing or laser hair removal after your tattoo has healed, please inform the laser technician. Continue at your own discretion. Laser procedures may darken, lighten, or discolor the tattooed area.
Once area is completely healed, any changes or additions can be done at your follow-up appointment if needed.
